1. Check the school setup
Academic year 2026-27, classes LKG–10th, sections, subjects and fee heads are already configured.
Try this: Open Setup and scan the tabs — add one subject to see it appear instantly in the timetable picker.
Open screen2. Browse the student roster
Students carry class, section, guardians, documents and a year-by-year enrollment history.
Try this: Open any student and switch to the History tab to see the lifecycle record.
Open screen3. Build a timetable
One timetable per section; a class with no sections gets a single grid.
Try this: Assign the same teacher to two classes in the same period — the clash is blocked with a message.
Open screen4. Collect a fee
Invoices, part payments and auto-updated balances with a defaulters view.
Try this: Record a payment on any pending invoice and watch the balance and receipt update.
Open screen5. Run year-end promotion
Promote, retain, graduate or exit a whole class in one atomic batch.
Try this: Pick a class, toggle 'Promote all', then review the exited-students tab.

The 3-minute version
Teacher marks a student absent → the parent gets a WhatsApp alert and sees it on their home screen → the driver starts the trip and the same parent tracks the bus live → the admin records the term fee and runs year-end promotion. That single loop is the MVP.
